Due to the nature of the product, all sales must be final. We cannot accept returns except in the case of media with material defects, which will be replaced at our expense.

All of our clips are delivered in Broadcast Quality HD Formated QuickTime video files. Not all clips are available in all formats. Clips are only offered in their native format. HDV video is never upconverted to full HD standards and 30p is never converted to 24p.

No! These are only present on the demo clips.

Lab Fees replace Tape Stock, Transfer, and shipping fees from days of old to server space and bandwidth in the download era.
